PROGRAMS

Developing strong individual skills can significantly improve a player's performance on the ice. We believe that prioritizing the development of fundamental skills is the initial step. Our training sessions focus on honing your existing skills, including skating, shooting, stick-handling, and passing. We use a combination of isolated skill drills and game-like situations to challenge you and help you develop a deeper understanding of the game.

 

These programs are tailored to high-performance players, so you can be confident that you'll receive the specialized training you need to reach your full potential. Julie will work with you to identify areas for improvement and develop a personalized training plan to help you achieve your goals.

*Individual Daily Registration is often possible, as long as spots are not full with players committed to the full program.
